Information We Collect
To accurately fulfill and dispatch your purchase orders, we collect the following particulars:
- Full Name: Used for invoice generation and delivery recipient verification.
- Phone Number: Used for phone order confirmation and courier doorstep arrival.
- Delivery Address: Division, District, Thana/Upazila, and street-level location details.
- Email (Optional): Used for communication about your order or service request.
- Payment information: Transaction ID and an optional payment screenshot. A screenshot is not required.
How We Use Your Information
Collected information is strictly used for order validation, item packaging, handover to designated courier agents, and customer care follow-up. We will never transmit unsolicited spam messages or promotional intrusions without consent.
Data Storage & Encryption
Authorized administrators can access information needed for orders, services and payment review. Login and session checks, access limits and private backups are used. No system can guarantee complete freedom from risk.
Third-Party Logistics Disclosure
Delivery couriers receive the name, phone and address needed for shipping. Hosting, database, security verification and service-image storage providers may also process information needed to operate the site. Payment screenshots are not uploaded to a public image host; they are retained for authorized administrator review.
Cookies & Browsing Analytics
Cookies support order security and access to advance-payment status in the same browser. Analytics may be used for site-usage and purchase statistics. Disabling cookies or clearing browser data can remove access to your advance-payment session. Contact us instead of paying again if this happens.
