Order Processing & Verification
After placing an order on our platform, our customer service representative will contact you via phone to verify your order items and delivery address. Once confirmed, your parcel is carefully packaged with protective cushioning and handed over to our dispatch courier partner.
Parcel Inspection Upon Delivery
Please inspect your parcel in the presence of the delivery courier before accepting handover. If any package is punctured, broken, leaking, or visibly damaged, notify the courier agent immediately and contact our helpline before completing payment.

Special promotional campaigns or qualifying products may feature 100% Free Delivery. For qualifying items, the checkout system will automatically calculate the shipping charge as Tk 0.
